CNC milling
mouldPol is a tool manufacturing company which offers CNC Millig, turning, electrodrilling. We have a large experience in the series and single production. Mainly we are working in metal like steel, aluminium, iron but we have also experiance in plastic machining milling.
Our flexible manufacturing enables economic manufacturing of variable workpieces in small and repeatable batches.
We offer milling on the CNC 3 i 4-axixs and manual turning.
CNC Milling ability:
We’re working also on EDM with worktable size X=450mm Y=350mm, horizontal spindle surface grinding machine with reciprocating table X =1000mm Y=700mm Z=300mm, manual Lathes Fi400x800mm.
INJECTION MOULDING
We offer injection moulding service Yours product from conventional, bio-based and compostable plastics. We have an eqipment with molecular dryer which enables us to process more demanding materials in pellet.
Our technical skills and equipment let us to realize of individual demanding requirements. We ensure the appropraite processing of the selected raw material to ensure the best properties for the injected element. Our injection molding has a clamping force of 180tons.
We undertake production on entrusted molds as well we can make them ourselves.
CONSTRUCTION PARTS OF MACHINES
mouldPol builds machinery and industrial equipment. Our experienced design engineering team let us build standards machines, production lines and custom prototypes. Machines are created from base by mechanical and electrical design, machine construction, software and production tests. We integrate our machines with existing production lines and modify them.
mouldPol also specializes in the production of mechanical parts. We make parts from the entrusted technical drawing, 3D model or physical part to be made.
The parts we make are mostly used in various fields, such as beverage, food and chemical industry.
MOLD PRODUCTION
Thanks to our own toolroom and extensive experience in the design and production of injection molds, which we offer perform and consultancy in the production of molds for the needs of your project.
Injection, extrusion or cold- or hot-runner molds are made of steel, aluminum and cast iron. We also offer repairs and regeneration of damaged molds if possible.
When we make an injection mold, we offer test injections on site, which is a convenient solution and thus there is a quick verification of the quality of the final product.
